Silk Socials Studio Rental Terms of Service Agreement

This Studio Rental Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Silk Socials Creative Studio ("Studio") and the client ("Client") booking the studio space. By booking and using the studio, the Client agrees to comply with the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment:
a. The Client agrees to pay the specified rental fee for the booked time in advance.
b. Any additional fees for lost, stolen, or damaged items will be charged to the Client.

2. Studio Use:
a. The Studio is to be used solely for the purpose of photography sessions or related activities.
b. Nudity is strictly prohibited in the studio premises.
c. Changing of clothes should be done in the designated bathroom across the hall from the studio.

3. Security Surveillance:
a. The Studio is under 24/7 security surveillance.
b. Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with a professional studio setting.

4. Equipment and Furniture:
a. All studio items used during the session must be returned to their original places.
b. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment or furniture during their session.

5. Floor Protection:
a. Clients agree not to drag furniture across the floor to prevent unnecessary scratching.
b. Any objects used during the session must be picked up off the ground to avoid damage to the floor.

6. Liability:
a. The Studio is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the Client's session.
b. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their team members.

7. Cancellation and Refund:
a. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked session will not be eligible for a refund.
b. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking.

8. Additional Charges:
a. The Studio reserves the right to charge additional fees for overtime or extended use beyond the agreed-upon booking time.

9. Compliance with Laws:
Clients must comply with all applicable laws, including copyright laws, while using the Studio.

10. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
